"Me and my daugher stayed in that room for spring break. I'd say it was mostly clean except there was hair from the past stayer in the master shower. I did not use the guest bathroom for we only needed one. The vending machine downstairs was out of order had to go out the building for drink's and food. The matresses weren't the best quality either the master bedroom was quite hard and the fold out couch bed matress was very thin from my daughers words but overall I'd give it a average from the bathroom to the vending machine to the bed's. "

"Clean, well staffed and very friendly/helpful. Breakfast was traditional...basic, but meets the need for inclusion during stay."

"Facility is average. The rooms are nice. The kitchen was dated. The miniature golf, fire pit and ping pong tables were operable. The outside pool was not. The basketball court did not have a ball and the tennis court did not have rackets or balls. The grounds are nicely maintained. The indoor pool was not heated even though it should have been. We alerted staff and they corrected the problem. The second outdoor pool was open. The outdoor hot tub was dirty. Be advised that they hold double the total amount for your stay. It takes 5-7 days to remove the hold. The staff were nice and helpful."

"My grown daughter and stayed here for 2 nights in a 2 br 2 ba ground floor unit. It was the perfect accommodation for us. Clean, spacious, well appointed. The staff was so attentive. Highly recommend and will be staying here again!"

"Stay in the Williamsburg area often. Live 1/1/2 hours away. Was in need of another hotel due to the one I have been staying at getting shabby. Kingsgate was a very plesant experience. Nice staff, lovey rooms and very clean. Was most pleasant."
