"Parking was right next to my room. There is construction going on next to the hotel; however it had no impact on my stay. Very quiet. This was for a conference at Lake Junaluska. Reasonable rate, considering what it would have cost to stay at the lake. Took about 10-15 minutes to get to the lake each day."
Waynesville Inn and Golf Club, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
8/10 Good
"The surroundings are beautiful but the Inn needs more updating. Everything was clean, but the doors were old and not latching easily. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and nice. "
"Unique little place. Wasn’t sure where to stay last minute and this place had pretty good reviews compared to local hotels in Maggie Valley. I gave it a try and was actually impressed. The property manager greeted us and showed us to a cabin asked if it was ok. He waited for an answer and then told us about the local area. Really neat little town. 15 min or so from Maggie Valley and much quieter. Beds were comfy and didn’t move when my wife moved at night. Showers were really nice tiles from top to bottom. Living room was plenty for the 2 of us.
Trust me I don’t normally leave a review unless I left upset. I would stay here again. Thank you for a good nights rest Wild Rest."
"Place was a ghost town. Tun didn’t drain, split system and sunlight made the room very bright at night. Beds were good, check in with code was easy, construction next door, found screws in the parking lot. "
