"Great place for a stay in Cozumel! "Older", but very clean and well kept. Great central pool, which is fantastic for our toddler who is learning to swim! Although the owner promised that we will be reimbursed for the cost, no actual reimbursement was given. There were water leakage in multiple spot which the owner failed to provide any solutions on. "We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)"

"Loved the included excursions and the overall beauty and vibe of both the Explorean and Fiesta Americana. Unfortunately,the two best restaurants with views are closed right now- and no one told us. "this is the 5th time my family has stayed with this resort. Please, i highly recommend providing juice atleast but preferably coffee as early as 4am. To not provide any liquids for your customers and be told to go to 7/11 i do not feel is acceptable. Outside of this, we love this place."
