Terry the doorman was excellent! Nina at fhe front desk was also excellent! Jan at breakfast was also classy! Service is legendary!

The hotel is next 1 min walk to U Bahn MRT station, and has REWE supermarket next to it (7am-11pm daily except Sunday). Excellent location.

Very helpful & friendly staff - Pauline & Maria. Great location just opposite the central train station with train & tram to almost everywhere. Despite the close proximity to the station, the area was not noisy. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Great for coffee drinkers as there is a coffee maker provided but unfortunately I had to borrow a kettle to make tea. Amenities such as toothbrushes & bedroom slippers are provided too. For me, the only unpleasant experience was that I didn’t check...

Good location and walking to distance to alot of place of interest

Highly recommended for anyone doing Berlin Marathon as it is within walking distance to start / finish point. Literally next to Berlin HBF, you can to anywhere from here.

The hotel is right next to Friedrichstrasse station so it is super convenient to move around Berlin. The room is spacious and well equipped. Highly recommended if you are visiting Berlin for the first time.

I had a minor service issue with the hotel while there, they double charged my credit card. However, the way they handled it was absolutely exemplary and they more than made up for the goof up! My trip was made even more memorable by staying at Hotel Steinplatz. Rarely have I experienced a truly 5 star culture and service, in Europe like the one at Steinplatz ! The hotel was impeccable - location is fabulous, service absolutely great!
