Hotel Riu Victoria hotel is very clean and is centrally located near attractions and restaurants. The concierge Jeffrey was fantastic super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. If I visit London again I would not mind staying at this hotel again.

The hallways on the first floor were really smelly. Carpets are old and need replacing. The rooms were not tended to daily. There weren't sufficient bath towels, although after I asked for some, they were delivered to our room. Coffee machine in main lobby didn't work. I am not a fan of the "no person" check-in at the front desk.

"No useful amenities at all. The AC and hot water would give out after the first few minutes. There was barely any room to walk in the room, tissue paper was terrible and no water or anything in there. No fresh air. I felt like I was dying"
