Very pleased with my stay at the Kinney, i stayed twice during my visit in California. The area is about a mile from venice and its very quiet and didn't see any sketchy people around which is the best bonus. Rooms are very nice and clean, staff is very nice as well. my first stay my fire alarm went off randomly but the employee comp'd my parking charge to make up for it so that was very nice of them. I DEFINITELY recommend staying here.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, from the valet, to reception - and everyone I met. Great spot for walking around the Marina, close to LAX, but not too close.

"The Hotel was lovely & the staff & customer service were excellent. Excellent quality buffet breakfast. The only reason I did not rate it excellent, was that the bed was hard, but my husband liked it! Area is not safe, sadly many homeless sleeping on sidewalks around the hotel."
