"The hotel is right in the middle of the city so very congested area. If you are traveling in a pickup over 6 feet tall or have any type of trailer, you will not be able access the parking garage there. If you pay for parking it cannot be refunded so be careful. They were gracious though and gave us breakfast vouchers because of our parking issue. This was the only downside to our stay. The actual hotel is very nice with very quick registration. "The door entry keypad wouldn’t work after returning for the evening. The staff quickly remedied the situation. I was afraid it would take long, and I was very tired, but within 5 minutes I was back in the room."

"The TV picture was so dark you couldn't watch it. Some lamps in the rooms didn't work. The fridge in my son's room was broken. The coffee machine was like one that you would see in a car dealership waiting room, terrible coffee. The pool was full of bugs. Just overall, a very disappointing experience. And did I mention that the pillows were like resting your head on a stack of books?"

"The room smelled good but it was very old and hardly room to walk around. The toilet was very low to the floor. Our dog was terrified to get off the bed because it was so small. There were stains on the comforter. Nobody slept good and couldn't wait to leave. We would have found another place but had been driving all day and were exhausted. The plus about the place is the food we ordered from room service was amazing! It was a nearby Italian place."
