"Great stay! Room was clean and spacious. Included breakfast was above average. Only downside was the too-soft beds but the staff told us that the beds are in the process of being replaced. In a nice area of Flagstaff. "

"Clean room - rooms are quaint and property is eclectic. King room is a bit small .Menu is simple , mostly salads , pizza and sandwiches which are very good . Breakfast is a bit too limited in options. "

"Bed was super comfy though sheets had some minor stains. Floor was dirty with dead moths and maybe something that looked like mouse droppings near the AC unit and around the bathroom area. Was acceptable for the price and as I was just staying one night. "
