"Staff were friendly and very helpful. The unit was clean and had all amenities needed including a huge bed! Balcony was a good size and lovely for sitting out to have juice, tea or an evening drink. The shuttle is a huge benefit just going to & from the supermarket was great. Big Kahuna's bar & grill was a nice family friendly area and did the best mozzarella sticks I am informed. Great place to stay & we did it without a car."

"The room was very nice and spacious. The location of the room was perfect. I liked the fact that I can call for transport to the waterpark (onsite) which was super convenient being I was traveling with toddlers and the wait time wasn’t long at all. The staff was really nice. I would love to come back and stay again :))"

"If I could give more than 5 stars to this hotel I would! The place is amazing: spotless clean, excellent customer service, great location with short distance to disney, restaurants and shops. Our apartment was very spacious to accommodate all members of our family, staff was always friendly, heated pool and hot tub were clean and kids enjoyed their time. We are glad we picked this place and highly recommend if you are taking your big family to disney parks and don’t want to “sell your kidney” to pay for your accommodation. We will definitely book it again!"
