"Our beds were not made dirty sheets in the tub along with towels, trash from previous people left in cabin, hotub was not cleaned, smell stagnant, bear destroyed out cabin door just before arrival, was boarded up, second day the air conditioning went out had to move across town to a smaller cabin and had to buy air mattress to accommodate us, still have not received reimbursement and was only offered 100 back for all that trouble and nonsense! "

"The cabin was really clean and the facilities were good. Only small issue was that although there were 2 toilets both were within bedrooms so it could have been designed a bit better. The hot tub was not working the first night we arrived however I reported it that night and they sent someone out within the hour and it was fixed - great service."
