"We valeted our car and the staff would not get our car for us when we asked. They said we needed to take our luggage to our car. There are only 3 elevators and only one was working. Therefore, there were long lines to get on and off the elevator. The patio area was under construction. It would have been nice to know this in advance. The TV did not work in our room. "

"Location to downtown is great. Easy walking to Convention Center or Market Square. The staff was very helpful and friendly."

"Ok place to stay for the night. Breakfast was usually over or they ran out before 10. "

"This hotel needs a renovation. Dark, dirty, musky. The lighting is bad, ventilation on bathroom non existent. Breakfast was not good either or visible - we weren’t sure where it was and no staff told us. "

"The hotel was very clean and nicely designed. The bed was comfortable. No complaints except the phone was dead when I tried to call desk. I informed the front desk and he said to tell housekeeping. Isn’t that your job? The phone never got fixed . I asked for more coffee such we got but no extra cream. Otherwise all was good."

"The room was class, I liked the fact that the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & hand soap were in a container and all you had to do was push in the dispenser to dispense the soaps out."

"The breakfast was convenient, the room was clean and they provided a shuttle service to the airport, great place to stop if you need to get to the airport"
