A very nice hotel with excellent pool area. Located centrally with walking distance to City Place, and a nice stroll to the beach area. Property is in very good shape and the staff are very friendly.

Transportation was worked out before I left Phoenix but when I got there nobody could agree what could be done. Conflicting information from one person to the next was not helpful. They provided a ride for me but after I arrived at the event I was informed they would not provide a ride back essentially leaving me stranded in a place 2000 miles from home and not knowing anyone I made no secret of the fact that I was not familiar with how rideshare worked and was told it would not be a problem. I feel that I paid to work out issues and be helpful to me. I would have been happy to pay extra. I will not be staying at this chain again

I chose this as the place to stay for a recent business trip. While the front desk staff was a little bit shaky (but I was offered a $300 night upgrade option?!) the rest of the staff quite good. I needed maintenance and Mr. Samuels was handled it very well and quickly. Valet parking nesssary to my knowledge but they were efficient.

The hotel was beautiful and very close to some great shopping and dining at The Square. The pool area was amazing. Our meals at the hotel were probably our favorite of the whole trip.

I stay here, even though I live within a half an hour, if I’m attending event at the Kravitz Center. It’s very convenient and I can enjoy the day by the pool until my event that evening and then the next day as well.

The location was perfect, the pool was more like a resort pool, and everything was very clean. You could walk to most things, including Clematin Street and the "Square" shopping area. I would definitely stay there again.

Food was very good. I don’t normally eat anything in hotel unless I have to but ate breakfast and dinner there every day and enjoyed my coffee by the pool.

Very deceptive practices!! When I booked the website stated parking available, so I specifically rented a car. When I got to the hotel, they told me it’s valet only for $42 a day. Had I known, I would have Ubered every where. Also, when I check out they added an extra $35 a day - just for fun. They told me that it was just hotel fees. I complained and they ended up taking off the $35 a day. They try to stick it to every customer. If you don’t complain, they make extra money for nothing. This does not fly with me!!!!!! BTW- a single drink at the bar is $30. A bit steep. I will not stay a Hilton again, don’t like their practices.
