"We were told our room would be ready in 45 minutes and when we came back they told us it still wasn't ready. After my Husband got upset they ended up switching us to a room that was ready across the hall. We don't know why it took my husband getting upset for them to not have done that in the first place."

"The stay was great. My bathroom door had a broken hinge and wouldn’t shut at all. I will say everything else was great for my stay. "

"First floor hallway smelled strongly of a mix of pot and disinfectant. View from my room included trash and construction debris on the ground outside my window. Fitness center was improved from prior visit and was clean with full water cooler and empty trash cans, but no towels for wiping down equipment after use."

"Staycation with the grandkids for the pool awesome time everything was perfect very good price on a Sunday night every time I took a walk I see someone cleaning up I even was watching the room attendant very thorough cleaning of the room next door thank you for a wonderful time"
