The hallways on the first floor were really smelly. Carpets are old and need replacing. The rooms were not tended to daily. There weren't sufficient bath towels, although after I asked for some, they were delivered to our room. Coffee machine in main lobby didn't work. I am not a fan of the "no person" check-in at the front desk.

We learned upon arrival if two guests are sharing the same pod, they both will need to have individual access on their phones.
