"As a solo traveler, this place had more than was necessary. It’s hard to tell what kind of room you’ll get through Expedia, but I was in a full condo and then had to move to another room in order for the hotel to prioritize another guest. Expedia tried reaching out to adjust the rate, but they never responded. The staff was friendly, and the premises are beautiful- it just didn’t suit my needs and the room switch was inconvenient."

"We loved the room, breakfast, and hot tub. The only thing that we disliked was no elevator. We will stay again, but, will ask for a bottom floor room. The desk staff was friendly. When we checked in, the nice young man working the desk offered to help with our bags."
