Their team sprang into action and booked me a room at a neighboring property and refunded the reservation cost. In addition to the stay being at no cost, they even sent over a gift basket. Their actions proved to me that they truly put the customer first, even if they aren’t able to accommodate at their property. Amazing service recovery! You have earned a life long customer."

"I was there for my husband of 52 years funeral.We had 5 rooms and checked in only to find bed bugs.!!!! My daughter in law was bitten we took big to front desk and checked out.I was so embarrassed to tell family why we had left .Plus your ad said a restaurant and bar and guess what NOT there!!!!"
