"Property was clean but the room felt very minimal"

"We stayed at PH over March break 2026 for 5 nights. We go to Vegas as a family every 12-24 months, so know what to expect. PH was very mediocre at best. If you want maid service or even fresh towels, you need to manually request it each day. The pool in the hotel is exactly that just a very basic pool. The restaurants in the hotel are geared towards more fast food and nothing exceptional either. Even though they have 12 elevators, they only seem to operate one to two at a time. So when you stay on the 35th floor and finally get your elevator to go down …. It stops 1 million times on the way down and it becomes a game of how many people you can physically cram into an elevator. They have 12 elevators, why do they not use more than one or two? The staff at the front desk were completely disengaged and borderline rude; they seem annoyed if you wait in line to ask questions, like when does the IV hydration place open as there’s no signage on the door? How do I get maid service? Can you call somebody to my room as the shower is plugged and the toilet doesn’t flush properly? We decided to leave PH one night early and head to our next destination of Palm Springs. We happily paid for five nights and only stayed four, did not request a refund or any compensation or complain to the front desk about anything at any point. Was told that it would cost me an extra $40 USD to check out the night early. Seriously PH? We expect better! "

"Hotel is getting a bit dated and you can tell by the decor and condition of the rooms. Overall still a good place to stay and the free parking is a plus. We were on the 32nd floor and had a big moth in the room for all 3 nights that we were there. We asked for a new room but the staff wanted us to bring all of our luggage down to lobby and get in line again to the check in desk and ask for new room. I didn't have time or patience to repeat that process again (took us half hour the first time) so we just dealt with the moth and it mostly stayed on the window. "

"Hotel was great! Self check in only. Good responses using text messages for customer service but only restaurant and exhibits had actual people. Very beautiful place! We had a great stay overall just don’t use express checkout between 12-5 am just drop keys in box it’s not available."
