"When I booked, I requested a quiet room away from stret and hotel noise. We were given a room overlooking the highway (I95) and it was very noisy. I asked to change rooms on the follow day and was accommodated. Why was my original request not met? You need a decent restaurant. The staff was courteous, helpful, friendly, welcoming, and professional in their approach to customers."

"Greta hotel and very nice staff in housekeeping and engineering. The only thing we wish the air conditioner was colder for room on the 8,9, and 10th floors. It seems to work better on the lower floors. But it’s a fun hotel with a great location!"
