"The room was warm when we arrived and the thermostat was at 60 degrees. It gradually cooled during the night but the a/c was obviously not working. The outlets on the right bed night stand did not work. And the container of bath soap was empty, so I used the hand soap from the vanity. The room was clean and nice. The shuttle to LAX was excellent and the drivers were extremely helpful. I’ll still stay at Sheraton Gateway again but I hope they do better on my next stay."
