"We travelled with our pet and stayed in the deluxe king studio. Pet bowls, towel, blanket and treats were ready in the room. Plenty of space and pleased with the queen pullout sofa. Most of the pillows were a little too high and firm, but was able to find one that worked. My daughters enjoyed the pool and sauna. Conveniently located in the village centre with access to Starbucks and village stroll from the main floor. We took advantage of the dining options steps away - recommend Il Caminetto and Araxi. Check-in was fairly quick likely because we took advantage of the pre-register online. We did pay for self-parking which was $34/night. The spots are limited and did have to park outside the hotel overnight on our last day. I believe parking is free in many lots from 8pm to 10am but check with the front desk. Apparently I would not be charged for the one night of parking, but have not seen charges on my credit card yet. Highly recommend staying at the Crystal Lodge. We will be looking to stay here again next year for our annual Whistler trip. "

" Wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff made sure we received clean towels promptly when we needed them. We received a later checkout time when we requested it as our transportation to the airport was later in the day than the normal checkout time. We had a very pleasant stay in Whistler. "
