When I was sitting by the window in the bedroom and looking out at the snow-capped mountains, I felt serene and peaceful. This was a very good stay: a quiet and clean environment with prompt responses from the staff and reasonable prices.

We have been returning to Lost Lake Lodge for a couple of years, with one of the best amenities for us being the quiet pool and relaxing hot tub. Unfortunately to our big disappointment the hot tub was our of order.. :( There were some kind of construction going on in one of the rooms so the elevators were covered but that’s all reasonable, not much noise, but the broken hot tub was so sad. Other than that this still remains our favourite getaway lodge. :)

We loved our stay at Lost Lake Lodge. The unit was very clean, warm, inviting, and equipped with everything a family may need during stay. It was easy to communicate with the hotel staff. Not to mention, the location was easily accessible by shuttle bus to get around Whistler. It made our daily commute so easy and manageable walking distance to upper village and Fairmont where we needed to be 2-3 times per day. My girls had a blast during our stay and we felt so at home. Best of all, beds are comfortable too. Kitchen appliances are updated and easy to navigate. And the best part is, the outdoor pool and hot tub were clean and it was nice to have it for ourselves ideal for relaxation. We will definitely use Lost Lake Lodge next time we are back in Whistler. Thank you!

Great place to stay for our weekend of skiing in Whistler! Felt super homey - like we were staying in an apartment. The room had a full kitchen with everything you’d need to cook with, a dining area, living room and two bedrooms. Washer and dryer were great to have as well! The hot tub and heated pool were fantastic after a day of skiing. And having the shuttle pick up right up the driveway to the hotel was very convenient!

The condo is really spacious for a couple traveling to whistler. Pics are updated and the space looks exactly as it is portrayed. Location is amazing if you have a car to move around. Public transportation is close but it could take a few minutes to reach the village since the lodge is not downtown. Staff was very helpful with the check in process and all the information that we needed was sent via email to facilitate our stay. We would definitely recommend this property and will sure come back next year!

I was nervous about this property after reading some of the reviews but it was great for us. A great value for the price - clean - comfortable - quiet - and not too far from the village or slopes. The room was a good size, loved having a kitchen and living area with a nice "fireplace" plus a balcony. The pool and hot tub were nice as well. We felt very safe and the shuttles came regularly and got us everywhere we needed to go though I did walk to the village once - very doable. Only negative was parking - spaces way too narrow/tight and too expensive- but we quickly learned we really didn't need a car. Would recommend.

Missing oven mitts and cutting board in kitchen, also could have used baking sheet but made do with a baking pan. We don’t think the unit was vacuumed as there was debris on the living room carpet. Other than those things unit was comfortable, mostly quiet except for rambunctious kids above us.
