The staff were very friendly. The manager at check in was so quick and welcoming. The couple of housekeeping staff I interacted with were very polite. The rooms are nice and spacious and comfy beds with nice pillows and bedding.

My 1st choice for stays in Whitecourt.

I am never disappointed when I stay here. Fast and easy check in and out process. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are all very well appointed and super clean. I find this hotel quieter than others I have stayed in. You can not hear foot steps in the hall or doors banging closed all night long. The breakfast they offer in the morning is always hot and just what you need to get the day started. Ample parking right at the front door and close to many amenities in town.

Great stay away from Home

Easy to find and park in well-lit parking lot. Check-in was easy and room was comfortable. Fitness area was the only downfall - it's just okay but that's typical of these hotel chains.

The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful! Kind and helpful. Our rooms were clean, and I loved the breakfast variety. We did have issues with my coworker's door lock and had to get a new key card every time he needed to enter his room, but the staff were very good about it.
