"All was really nice"

"Clean neat room. A/C kept the room cool. Breakfast area small. Cereal and waffles. Couldn’t get the TV to work with the remote."

"The hairdryer was broken and told the night person,, no response. The ice machine was leaking"

"Tv did not work, shower water didn’t get hot, and toilet flusher barely worked. I shared these concerns with the front desk upon check out. Hopefully it’s resolved for the next guests."

"The room was clean and the A/C worked well. It was quiet. The breakfast was disappointing - cold cereal, waffles and toast. I did not see any fresh fruit, eggs, sausage or bacon and no bagels or pastries. The only ice machine was on the first floor and the pool was closed due to renovations, which the hotel desperately needs. The hotel needs new paint and showers. The staff did mot acknowledge customers at the breakfast area in the morning. "

"Room was old and dated. Slightly dirty. Property was messy and lots of things were closed down when we went there. They shut the water off without telling any one. Staff seemed stressed. "
