"Nice area and beautiful surroundings. The condo organization make it difficult to come and go - the doors lock at 8pm and the entrance codes don’t work. No one is around for help if you get locked out (twice). Other couples had same experience. I had to stand outside waiting for someone to exit before I could enter. Very inconvenient-"

"We love Keystone Lodge & Spa! This was our fifth stay, and I absolutely love how dog-friendly they are. My dog received a welcome package with treats and a squeaky toy, which was a big hit. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. There are so many things to do in the village, and honestly, it's one of the best places near Denver when you need to recharge. The only surprise was the $15 parking fee. I'm not sure when they started charging for parking. Overall, it's a great place. Highly recommend and it's dog approved!"

"Everything was great we had the King suite. There was an incident with another guest trying to involve us on the evening of July 2nd. They falsely accused us of tampering with their vehicle. The staff and management were not at any fault. This couple from the beginning were trouble, they had a dog which they did not register. They were trying to get the room for free. The staff handled the situation which ultimately removed the unpleasant guest from the premises. They apologized to us for the misunderstanding from that guest. They did not need to apologize ans this incident was the first they ever had. We absolutely are grateful on how it was handled and kept everyone safe."

"First time staying at ISC, for a quick. Unplanned visit. Did not find info like room amenities on the website so called. Got answer machine each time I called but the calls were always returned. Checked in right at 4pm so there was a line... Independence Day and Rodeo weekend. The front desk was very nice. Checkout was easy peasy. Did not use any of facility amenities. Room next door was came in late and gave no consideration for how loud they were. Some time after midnight I shouted out QUIET but I don't think they heard me. I might have called the desk but couldn't figure out exactly which room it was. Room was very comfortable despite summertime and no AC. We have been to the Granby Ranch area several times. Beautiful area. Would definitely stay again."
