"Place was very nice. The room was beautiful and clean. It was more than I expected. Parking was very easy and the environment felt very safe. I would definitely visit again. I also had problems with my reservation and Expedia took care of everything for me. This was a wonderful experience overall. "

"The pools and pool area was fantastic!! Check in is at 4:00 so we checked in then but had a two hour wait until our rooms were ready at 6:00. The wait was too long especially with a young child. We did get a drink at the restaurant and we played at the playground. But it was still too long a wait. "

"We had a few issues in the beginning of our stay, but they did get resolved on our last night. Some issues were cable not working, internet not connecting to devices, there was a telephone, but no hooks up so the phone didnt even work. The room was cleaned in a rush, there was a pretzel under the mattress.. & there was not spare toilet paper roll."

"Great place for family’s. Wonderful location. Great staff. If the was any issue with the stay the breakfast was probably one of the worst I’ve seen. But ever thing else made up for that and more."
