"It goes without saying that the property is exquisite. The accommodations are phenomenal. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. However, the one aspect of our stay that stood out repeatedly was the interaction with the staff. Unfortunately we can only give a 1-star review. When we checked in - the front desk kept answering the phone while we were trying to check in. It was very off-putting. When he finally did attend to us, it felt like his mind was someplace else because he kept repeating himself and talking with the other staff member. When we checked out, the front desk attendee did not ask whether we enjoyed our stay, if there were any problems, what room we were in, etc. It was a very hurried and non-personal experience. A word to management: a quick re-training for front staff in customer service and interaction might be in order. Other than that - the property speaks for itself. This property might benefit from self-check-in service. "

"My daughter and I were in town for a dance competition at Foxwoods. This hotel is less than a mile away from the Casino and is very quiet, clean and has both a pool and small hot tub- which is hard to find after Covid! The restaurant has standard fare and is very convenient for no-frills meals. "

"Recently stayed two nights at the Quality Inn at the end of June. Check in was quick, staff was friendly, and I got my room request, towards the back of the building on a higher floor. I had room 423, it was clean, fairly good condition, everything worked, although fridge took a few hours to cool my drinks, and beds were comfortable. Each queen bed had 3 pillows and I couldn't remember if they used to have 4 each, but I think they did. The room was a great value and there were improvements since my last stay in April. They no longer start clearing breakfast before it ends at 9am, and it was well stocked especially Tuesday morning. Monday morning things were running out and I didn't see staff at all for the last 20 minutes. There was still plenty to eat though. Tuesday, staff kept things full and cleaned the serving area. The AC worked great, decent water pressure, bathroom was clean, and plenty of towels. I overall enjoyed my stay and had no issues. After check out, staff later called as they believed I had left an item behind, and they wanted to figure out how to return it to me, however it wasn't one of my items, but a nice gesture nonetheless! My go to hotel when visiting the area for Six Flags and will continue visiting! Glad to see some improvements! Wish I had more time to take a swim and pool closes at 10pm! Try Tokyo restaurant next door or Wood N Tap down the street for some great dinners! "

"Property was so close to Mohegan Sun. The staff was very friendly. The room and bathroom was modern, very spacious and nice and clean. They have a free shuttle that brings you to and from the casino. It’s literally a 3 minute drive. So convenient! There is a nice complimentary continental breakfast (Bagels,English muffins, Cereals, Yogurt with the mixings, Waffles, Eggs, Sausage, Bacon, Fruit, Coffee, Tea, Juices). I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay again!"

"Honestly first hotel I’ve ever stayed at alone, easy to navigate, easy to be able to take a moment and take it all in. Thank you, for this experience and overall great room, great time, I’m sure I’ll be back while not on business."
