"Only criticisms I have for our stay… pool was frigid even for 100 degrees this Labor Day weekend. And this location was slightly less clean that my previous stays at express locations. Overall not awful but not being able to keep kids busy with the pool, the whole reason we stay at specific hotels was extremely disappointing "

"Room was OK, likely more recently painted. Carpet was newer also but sticky with bare feet so needed shampooing. Furniture was older.
What they called "deluxe breakfast" was horrible. Two hard very stale donuts and a couple tiny stale muffins. Cream cheese in frig but nothing to put it in. Orange juice from machine was brown so we were afraid to drink it. Ignore the so called breakfast and plan on needing to eat elsewhere.
No bathroom amenities other than hand soap.

"This has been a easy experience! Expedia helped me book my stay, and made coming in and checking in so smooth. The staff here has been amazing. They are all so kind. Everyone had a smile on there face, they delivered creamer to my room. I even had a nice janitor man give me some creamer too! Its been one of my best stays anywhere. The room we booked was exactly as shown, and very clean! From the mirrors to every nook its been clean and smells nice too. Even the pool area was clean. The food courts were spotless. Absolute blast for familys "
