"We stayed in early December. The lakeside cabin had incredible views of the frozen lake and snow-covered trees. The room was spacious and the wood fireplace was awesome. Nice little touches like Nespresso coffee in the rooms... The lodge was beautiful and very tastefully decorated. The hotel staff were all very nice and professional. We enjoyed snowshoeing around the lake. My kids LOVED roasting marshmallows in a fire while it was snowing around (the hotel sent sometime to start a fire, just for us!). The hot tub was also quite enjoyable in the cold weather. I highly recommend this gem. No better way to experience the magic of winter!"
