"From the moment we arrived everyone was so friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Weโ€™d booked afternoon tea in Alfredโ€™s restaurant which I would recommend. We then used the spa facilities. Thereโ€™s an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, ice bucket and relaxation room. We didnโ€™t have breakfast at the hotel as we had booked for The Ivy. I have already recommended this hotel to friends and I would definitely stay again."
