"Went on holiday for a couple weeks in the UK. This was my favorite room that I rented due to the kind owner and the amenities. The room had a Microwave & Refrigerator/freezer, which is something that all of the other hotel rooms I rented lacked. "They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”. "Property location was excellent however parking is expensive and not always available. The property was not the cleanest and in desperate need of refurbishment. The sofa was stained and curtain rail fell of three times. Kitchen hasnt got basic utensils. Couldn’t get into the apartment on multiple occasions but customer service were always helpful. "

Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3

"Very good option after a long flight. Accessible directly through the car park adjacent to Terminal 2. We rolled off a ~20 hour trip from Australia righ to check in and were in the room in ten minutes, luggage still on the airport baggage trolley. The room was clean and functional, and the bed was very comfortable. Restaurant was quite good, both for a light supper and breakfast the next morning. Highly recommended. We will make this a feature of future trips to the uk. "
