"The room was run down and stained, from the bathroom wall to the bedroom walls. The shower had a layer of grime on the floor. The toilet had an issue where it wouldn't stop running without adjusting the handle or lifting the lid to manually stop it from running. They also put us in an ADA accessible run, and we have full mobility. If someone with mobility issues needed that room, it wouldn't have been accessible due to persons with full mobility occupying the space. Ridiculous."
