"This is a “Mountain House”, and is on the rustic side. It’s extremely charming. Marco and Ivan will shuttle you. The cows with their bells will lull you to sleep. Good choice of beer , bread and snacks. I was here to go to the Diamond Way Europe Center. The folks are very nice and make sure you have what you need. Bring a fine cigar for Marco."

Even though the hotel is a bit older, I slept wonderfully and the food in the restaurant was fantastic! (We had pork with spatzle, chicken soup, Dubai Chocolate drink and an Aperol Spritz). "The hotel was beyond beautiful and in a stunning location. The rooms are very clean and cosy - with a well stocked bar. The spa, sauna, steam room and both indoor and outdoor pools are stunning and super clean. The outdoor was lovely and warm due to it being heated. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay an excellent experience - they are incredibly friendly, professional and welcoming! Dinner each night in the restaurant was of an extremely high standard with impeccable service - their breakfast was of the same impeccable standard. I cannot recommend this place enough - it is a truly amazing hotel with incredible views of the lake and mountains. I will most definitely be returning again to this beautiful place. Thank you to all the staff for making our time with you a memorable and special experience!!"
