Best before expired long time ago……
I am writing this review at 05 in the morning because the bed keeps me awake, it is completely worn out, soft, and I can feel the springs from the mattress in my back. There seems to be a topping bedding mattress missing, it feels unhygienic and the sheet just moves around. It supposed to be a double bed but the two separate beds just sliding apart. The pillow is also warned out with lumps in it. The heat in the room was off and it felt cold when we arrived. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower cabin, unfortunately the shower was faulty so all the water ran out onto the bathroom floor. The towels are so warn out, frayed and torn. Rooms were very poorly cleaned. We tried the pool which was nice and felt fresh apart from some odor that came from time to time. The pool was a little too cold for my taste. We also bowled on extremely worn out courts. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, a hamburger which was ok and a mixed grill which was an extremely small portion. The breakfast was basic, no large selection and not worth the price. It must have been a nice facility once upon a time, now it feels very worn out and as if they are struggling to get it going around.

Great hotel sadly never got to use the pool or sauna. Did use the restaurant and the food was excellent good selection and the quality was spot on would recommend this hotel for the price the amenities and the excellent bar and restaurant lots more to do and see around but sadly I was working.

Recent refurb is a big improvement
Recently refurbished, nice rooms & restaurant. Service in the bar & restaurant was very slow though, not enough staff and those that were there didn't seem in any hurry!

Overpriced & needs badly renovation!!!
The hotel needs a total renovation. Overpriced. The elevator wasn’t working and we had to carry our luggage tobte second floor. No help offered by the hotel personal.

Do not stay here in 2018
Booked specifically for the use of the pool. The hotel is under full construction. All facilities including the pool unavailable. Only informed at check in that this was the case. Too late to cancel booking at this point. Hotel is a building site. Lift out of order. Staff were polite but unhelpful in trying to resolve the problems.

Convenient hotel

Good Value for Money
We were greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly and helpful receptionist when we arrived. This hotel is very good value for money, clean and comfortable which is exactly what we needed. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't rate the food.

Wir haben nach 1 Stunde wieder ausgecheckt und sind nach Hause gefahren. Es stand nichts davon in der Beschreibung das man alles extra bezahlen muss. Sauna 30 min, 10 Euro. Bademantel 7 Euro. Bei einem Preis von ca 100 Euro kann man mehr erwarten

Fijn kort verblijf!
Keurig personeel dus grote complimenten aan het team. Kamers ook heerlijk schoon! Voor het ontbijt heel fijn dat wij iets voor 7.00 uur al terecht mochten! Ik zou alleen bij zo'n mooie avond als die wij woensdag hadden wel diner op het terras aanbieden wat nu niet kon/ mocht. (was volgens mij voldoende personeel en loopafstand was prima te overzien) En enkel aardappelgarnituur bij Saté is een beetje gek toch? Dat je dan los voor je frites bij moet betalen i.p.v. wisselen voor aardappelgarnituur.

Wij hebben 2 nachten daar geslapen. Helaas hadden wij een kleine krappe kamer gekregen. Bedden waren veel te zacht. Gelukkig wel schoon. Hebben dit aangeven bij de receptie en konden niets voor ons betekenen. Ook waren de kamers voor dit weekend 25euro pp. En ze konden voor ons niets betekenen?? Nog geen gratis ontbijt gekregen. Hier balen wij enorm van. Voor een nacht het volle pond moeten betalen terwijl er een actie is. Ik hoop hier nog wel een reactie op te krijgen. Voorlopig voor ons geen Fletcher Hotel meer.
