Extremely helpful staff
I had a medical emergency and a personal issue whilst i was at the hotel. The staff were excellent in dealing with all my issues, cannot thank them enough for the help and support received during my stay

The property was very convenient to the historic center of Wismar, but had elevators and convenient parking. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenience of its location.

ok but not more than that
Overall ok hotel, nothing special. The restaurant good, bar excellent and very good service there. Furnishings in the room (junior suite) very low quality, Ikea style quality. Water leaking from shower to the bathroom floor and simple plastic cover for the shower area. Very low quality furniture, especially in the bathroom. Bottom of towel cabinet had gotten wet earlier and showed the damage. The bed nice and the room ok even though using the word "suite" for it is very misleading. Just a decent large room.

Very comfortable new hotel. Loved the king bed. Food for both breakfast and dinner superb. Service in the restaurant can be improved. Based on who takes your order, you might eat quickly or wait a long time since the order was forgotten and then eat cold food. Other than that hotel is great.

Brand new
New hotel. Rooms not overly big but nice partition. Big 55" tv set. Very good (changeable to 5 different settings) room lighting even for reading in bed. Perfect double bed with the right mattress. Walking distance to Wismar centre. From the hotel it is only a stone throw to the harbour. Big parking area behind the hotel and for the moment free of charge. We will visit again.

Modern och fint hotell i utkanten av Wismar. Gångavstånd till centrum och gott om restauranger och affärer runt omkring. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter och stort rum.

Bra och centralt
Ett bra hotell med stor parkering (utomhus). Bra frukost mycket att välja på och mycket lugnt. Rummen var ok, lite udda toalett/dusch då toaletten är separat och mycket liten (gå in o backa ut) men det funkar. Vi besökte även deras bar vilket blev en bra avslutning eller början av kvällen. Läget är bra nära till centrum. Kan absolut komma tillbaka.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Der Checkin war schnell und problemlos. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ähnelt sehr einer Schiffskabine. Das Frühstuck hatte eine sehr gute Auswahl, ABER alles, was warm sein sollte, war eiskalt. Egal, ob es das Rührei, oder der Bacon war. Sehr schade.

Fint hotell nära centrum. Bra rum med effektiv AC även om toaletterna var i minsta laget. Trevlig hotellbar och bra frukost. tyvärr ingen möjlighet att ladda EV.

Wir nutzten das Hotel als Zwischenstopp während unserer Urlaubsreise und waren total zufrieden. Der Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel ist riesig und wir haben sehr ruhig geschlafen. Der Ausblick in Richtung Stadt ist wirklich schön! Wismar selbst war entspannt an einem Nachmittag zu erkunden.

Insgesamt ein gutes und auch ein gut gelegenes Hotel. Allein die sehr geringe Größe von Toilette und Badezimmer ist ein kleiner Minuspunkt.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Servicekräfte sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aber, das Zimmer ist klein für eine drei köpfige Familie. In besonders war die Toilette, die so winzig ist, dass man sich nicht bewegen kann.

Schön und neu!
Sehr schön und neu. Unser Zimmer...vermutlich alle Zimmer...als Kabinen auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff gestaltet. Das Hotel war ursprünglich für die Werft konzipiert. Wir haben aber gefroren! Auch wenn die Fenster zu waren war der Temperatur nicht im Zimmer einstellbar, im Display stand "Zentral"....offenbar wurde die Heizung zentral gesteuert.

Ganz toll....vor allem das Bad war meger. Zimmer sehr geräumig und mit 2 Kindern sehr gut machbar. Günstiger Parkplatz und zentrale Lage in Richtung Hafen/Stadt.
