"The hotel was okay, but some of the staff were really bad. We started our stay very poorly, with a very grumpy and unfriendly reception at 5:30 PM. We practically had the keys thrown at us and couldn't get directions to our room, nor was there any guidance about the hotel's facilities, etc. We had been looking forward to a swim, but we never managed to find the pool due to a lack of guidance. "Excellent stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful, restaurant was great, room was very nice. Only down side is that there is no elevator for luggage. It can be a bit noisy on weekend nights since the bar/restaurant downstairs is very popular, but the location and ease of getting around were a very fair trade for that. Would definitely stay here again. "
