"We needed a place to stay overnight at the airport due to an early morning flight. This hotel has an entrance from the parking garage and is walkable from the South Terminal. The room was super comfortable, just what we needed to organize ourselves before a morning flight. There is a nice loop path around a wooded green area near the airport that we took advantage of as well, so we did not feel like we were sleeping in an airport at all. The rooms were very quiet, which was also great."

"Loved staying at this hotel for two night. Location was easy walk from the Tube, lots of places locally to eat out and also the breakfast at the hotel was great value and fabulous. Highly recommend this hotel."

"this was the perfect hotel for my time in london. very close to marble arch station, close to a major shopping street. all of the staff i spoke with were lovely and kind. my room was better then i thought it was going to be and had great AC as it was hot the days i stayed. will definitely come back and stay the next time im in london. "Amazing from the second we walked in! The staff were really friendly and attentive. The room was very elegant but stylish, with an incredibly comfortable bed (the pillows could be a bit more pluffy, but I’ll let them off). But the real thing that made the stay was the service. A phone call from the front desk after being in the room for 30 minutes making sure we settled in ok, turndown service in the evening so when we go back in after seeing a show the bed was ready for sleep with the curtains drawn and water bottles placed on the nightstands. These details made my partner and I feel really looked after and we would without a doubt stay again!"
