"Rooms were small but functional. Daily maid service, free English breakfast, and cozy downstairs bar made our stay excellent. The front desk staff (especially Mo) could not have been more helpful or friendly. Location was very close to Paddington train station and was very safe and convenient to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend."

The only minor comment I'd make to the Room Staff would be to consider what's been used by guests ... and please replenish exactly that! ... so since my wife is a big coffee drinker, then notice that the coffee pods have been consumed and add a couple of replacements ... "The hotel is currently under renovation (Fall 3025). This may cause some minor inconveniences to some guests because there is some construction noise. Our room was already renovated. It was very clean, comfortable and looked great."

"Check-in was quick. They acknowledged our anniversary and we got upgraded to a nicer room without asking. Room is spacious, bed is comfortable. Hotel is showing signs of wear (especially the couches at Sphere bar). Gym was a decent size for an airport hotel. "
