"The Decor in my room on the 6th floor was very tired and the shower screen did not fit the Bath so the floor flooded when used which I informed the staff . The staff where very helpful throughout my 2 night stay and the breakfast was excellent !"

"The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, and the room was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the hotel’s fragrance, particularly in the entrance and common areas, was extremely overpowering at times. The strong scent affected my allergies and caused headaches and nausea, which made parts of the stay uncomfortable. While I appreciated the excellent service from the staff and the cleanliness of the room, I would strongly encourage the hotel to reconsider the intensity of its fragrances, as they may be problematic for guests with allergies or sensitivities to strong scents. A more subtle or fragrance-free environment would make the hotel much more comfortable and welcoming for everyone."
