While this was superb, it was really hit and miss to turn on. Received mixed instructions from reception and handy man. Why can't this be in a welcome booklet, saving guests all the anxiety? "Great place to stay. Away from everything by about 30 minutes. Nice play area and indoor soccer court for the kids.
4 stars because they didnt give us the room we purchased. We ended up getting it fixed but had issues upon arrival.
Food and drink was expensive but because its so far from everything, you have no other option. "

"This was only a one night stop on our way to our final destination…but it was a great short stay. The hotel is SO VERY CLOSE to the train station…literally RIGHT THERE! The staff so helpful with questions we had. Right next to Old Town Chur. What a very charming city! Stay longer and explore if you can!
