"My wife and I stayed at this property for 20 nights and had a pretty good stay. The front staff speak English well enough for clear check in and interactions. They are friendly and always open to providing assistance. They provide free water and other drinks in the lounge area. "The check in was quick and the breakfast good. There was a water fountain and ice machine free to fill up our bottles and a money exchange machine as well. It was very well located, near train station and amenities. The only thing, is that it was quite small room, barely could open the luggage or walk in it. But since we barely stayed in, didn't make much difference"

Overall a good stay, I just wish they provide disposable slippers though. Very spacious compared to Seoul hotels. Close to Busan station but far from everything else. The lotte department store is walking distance and there is twosome bingsu right downstairs."
