"Professional staff. Room cleaned daily. Spotless bathroom; towels plentiful and soft. Efficient, knowledgeable front desk team. Absolutely no room blemishes, water leaks, bed sheet stains or carpet odors. HVAC adequate. Room maids provide superb service and deserve gratuities. Breakfast decent, but not spectacular. Comfortable seating. Good exterior lighting for vehicles. Excellent price point value for budget conscious travelers. Only minor complaint was there had been no note paper or writing instrument when I needed it. Big deal. . ."

"This place was a gem. Yeah, the furniture in the lobby was worn, but the room was in good shape, was clean, the staff was fabulous, and the breakfast was excellent (e.g., eggs, sausage, etc. + powdered sugar and sprinkles for the waffles). Plus they had an indoor pool and hot tub, which was a win for the kids. Best value for the money we’ve seen in a long time!!!"

"The Hotel Rock Lititz was awesome! The ambiance, the last night restaurant and bar access, and the overall cleanliness of the space took it over the top. This will definitely be a spot I will stay at in the future when traveling for work. "

"Overall average experience, no concerns in general, however one thing that we didn't expect would change our rating to average is below. After we checked in and used the sink in the bath, the water wasn't flowing out, we called the front desk, they came, looked and told us that they don't have any help and no other rooms either to move us into. The help would be there in the morning but that never came, so we ended up putting our hands in to take the stopper out which did open the drain. "

"There was no soap or shampoo in the dispensers on the shower. Headed to front desk and no one was available after 11:00pm. Called at 6:30 and went again but no answer. Had to find alternatives for toiletries. There was only one waffle maker in cafeteria and the line was super long. Overall experience not good. "

"Very modern and clean. Small rooms but everything you need is there. Great showers. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall stay for one night was quite and comfortable!!!"
