It was hard for me to stay since I was disabled. There was no help getting my suitcases to my room, and they originally told me when I was going to leave that they would have no help with that either, but somebody didn’t come up and help me which was a blessing. The area around the hotel is very interesting and most of the Customer Service. People were very nice but my room in the bathroom appeared to have some mold in the tiles. It was an older room, older hotel, and guess I should’ve expected it for what I paid.

The room was adequate. Small but enough room for the 2 of us. AC was cold but not very adjustable. Beds were comfortable.

Okay but compared to the Meriton Suites on Liverpool Street just a bit older. Still Ok and facilities (washing machine/dryer etc) and staff good but slightly tired.
I booked a double and twin thinking it was a hotel but actually each apartment slept 4 a double and twins in the main room.
