"A stylish old hotel with modern amenities. It had a lovely old-world charm. Comfortable bed in a pleasant room. Simple, but tasty free breakfast included and the coffee was delicious."

"The room tired with scrapes in the window sill area and base of walls all around the room. The main window overlooking Hyde park was permanently fogged over partially obscuring the view outside. I think the seal on the glazed glass has failed. There is mold along the shower curtain area. It’s a large jacuzzi style tub shower and the shower portion is an after thought with an inadequate shower curtain making it difficult to keep the bath room floor dry "

"The location was excellent to get around the city and link with public transport. Reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The room was ideal for relaxing after a day out. "

"This was a good property for the price. I see people commented on the included breakfast as a joke because it was a boxed meal. Well I found it to be a perfect breakfast which was everything you would need including cutlery and a bowl to eat your Special K cereal out of, a breakfast bar, a grout cup, with milk and a juice box to complete the included breakfast. Walking distance to restaurants and stores and the staff was very helpful I would book again and look forward to another stay"

"Love the ace, a shame the lobby bar wasn’t open until late on Wednesday like google review said, and couple of the bar staff not very friendly. All other staff at reception are lovely. Thanks for having us"
