"Clean room and was ready a couple of hours before check in time. Staff sent a message to state this. Luggages were happily kept or hold by staff before checked in and after checked out. Staff notified client of incorrect charge of a food item that was meant to be removed from the bill. Staff actioned promptly either to wait for manager for the refund or to be directly deposited back to the account. Front reception staff are friendly. Front Luggage Porter was quick to handle our luggages for ease of checking in. Food delivery at the bar area was quick. Unsure what to comment on this when we were at the Bar area on Level 34- unsure if tables were meant to be reserved. We asked a male waiter on 18 Oct to clean a table by the window when he told me to wait in case that table was reserved for other people. The front desk lady said that just go in. I've been to Shangrila twice already and had eaten/drank at this Bar but never was I asked for any reservation nor someone has already reserve an empty table. There were a lot of empty tables but no sign of any reserved tables on sight. Anyways, he came back to clear the table."

"Great location to easily get into town. Was very clean and staff efficient. Pool area, bar etc nicely done. Room clean, bed comfy, slightly small but fine for what we needed. On a downside, the restaurant is currently closed for refurbishment although it was stated it would be reopening 5 Oct looks like hasn’t started yet. Tea,coffee etc in room but no milk? When requested some I was told they don’t supply it “yet”? Very odd. Our tv had no controllers but on request they were supplied."
