The lady at the reception was very helpful,we checked in late night(after 12 am). Room was clean and enough space. Walkable distance the city.

clean hostel, enjoyed my stay.
Bed sheets smelt lovely. This is a very clean hostel. The reception staff were great. I was feeling uncomfortable with one of my room mates, and I asked to change my room after the first night. The team here were wonderful, and placed me in another room. Thank you. Currently guests are not able to leave luggage. This may be part of their new Covid related rules. The only bathrooms available to use are the one in rooms. If your room mate is using this bathroom, there is no alternative.

Price, Service and Condition Exceptional.
The area doesn’t have much going on as you’re midway between the bus station and town centre. The price is outstanding and they even have good quality take away joints deliver to your room. Good service, with surprisingly modern and well-kept rooms given the price.

Land of the gnomes!
Spotlessly clean hostel. Large comfortable bedrooms with shared bathroom for each dorm. Cooking facilities with all equipment and tea/coffee generously provided. Breakfast available. Two minutes from bus stop to airport(day 106) and within walking distance to town centre/local attractions and train station(airport bus 206 night).

Friendly staff but very complicated rules
It was nice stay, very clean, but needed to wait a bit at reception before someone noticed us even though was midnight and we just wanted to book in as soon as possible although lady at reception was very friendly and welcoming waiting time was too long. Room was clean and spacious unfortunately there are no any towels and you need to go back to reception pay deposit and rent a towel. To much hassle when you are with kids and they already started shower. There are to be honest plenty of info all around hostel but when you late and tired you don't see things so it should be helpful is staff at reception inform about this during booking in as theis is not advertised on the website.

Mostly men who stay in the hostel, so didn't feel entirely safe for a solo female traveller. Everything else was good though - clean facilities, decent location.

This was the nicest Hostel I have stayed in. Well managed, clean, comfortable, and good location. It's not a party hostel and that was great. Theroom is large and has lots of windows and a nicely appointed bathroom. Breakfast was very good.

Better than expected
The hostel is in a good location. 15 minutes walk from the hotspots. Very close to bus and tram stops. We got the 106 bus from the airport at about 11pm. We had not trouble, don't let the graffiti or run down buildings put you off. It was very easy to buy a ticket at the stop that took us to a 5 minutes walk to the hostel. The hostel it's self is great. For the money we certainly can't complain. We stayed in a private room with its own bathroom. Very modern. Very clean. Very comfy beds. Nice decor. Not loud. Breakfast is basic but there are some great cafes in the centre where £7 will get you a banquet. overall had a great time and the hostel was better than we could have hoped for. Room 305 had a big balcony as well. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a good hostel that is more of a hotel. Prices are better than bang in the centre.

We found the location quite good, the included breakfast pretty basic, beds average. They cater to large school groups during the week, and if you have a room full of teenagers next door, it will drive you nuts. We only had one such night. Overall it was good value for money

Cheap and basic place in Wroclaw
Stayed in a room for 4 people with private bathroom for one night. I slept next to the open window, because there is no air con. The street outside is pretty noisy, lots of traffic even at night and in early morning hours. Otherwise you are in a sweat box at night. Mattress was very soft. Overall I didn't sleep well. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest I've ever seen. Dated but surprisingly functional shower and a wet smelly rag next to it. Sink had a crack. Make sure to bring hand soap and shower gel with you. Towel is charged at 5 PLN. I wasn't able to connect to the free WiFi. Easy to navigate around city and to get to the Main Train Station, Bus Station and to the airport bus stop.

Recommendation for changes : electronic key cards for door and electricity to be changed as can easily get confused with different guests in shared dorms . More shared showers outside of rooms as 1:6 cam be busy.

We stayed overnight as needed to be close to train station which is only ten minutes away on foot. Quiet neighborhood. Not to much activity though. Room was clean and heated. Mattresses could have been more comfortable.

Get prepared for confiscation of your belongings!
I have booked a bed&locker for my 7 days stay. I was told to stay in a 6 bed-room and told get prepared to move a 4 bed-room later. On the 3rd of my stay, when I returned back to hostel in the evening I saw a girl sitting on my bed, all my belongings on the bed were missing. I opened my locker what I have found was somebody else`s luggage. I went to reception and the girl told me all my belongings are put in big rubbish bags and my luggage was in the door back to reception. I am given new keys for another room, so I carried all these rubbish bags and my luggage to my new room, hoping that I had no missing items. Hospitality business, or tourism is based on making the visitors happy! If you don't know how to please people then please, please, please dont do this business. To conclude, if you want to be treated like this go to this place to fell miserable.

A brilliant Hostel
Really lovely place to stay. The area looks a bit run down when you get there but it seemed a very quiet neighbourhood and we had no troble walking about. We got a very nice apartment which was really clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cheap price had me expecting something shabby but it was a lovely modern room. The area is close to town and you can easily walk from both the train and bus station as we used both during our trip. I would certainly recommend this hostel to anyone thinking of going to Wroclaw. It was excellent.

Positive surprise
I`ve been in Wroclaw with my husband on romantic trip. Both of us were positive surprise of hotels condition and quality of servive. Big room, comfy bunk beds. Big bathroom. Very comfortable. Only one minus - cleanliness of bathroom. But, onestly, wasn`t so bad. Very good for long stay. Close to tram and bus stop, close to town centre and rail station.

Centralt and cleen, but to mutch noise and party
It was a central and cleen hoste, that was good, the big problem here is that people had party just outside the main door of the hostel, really noisi and they were smoking, and all the smoke came inn my window, that was not to comfortable.
