Perfect location just off of the square, great bathroom and comfortable bed. Only downsides were the dirty marks on the walls and being woken at 5am by noises in the corridor and courtyard

• Location - 10/10 Phenomenal • Room cleanliness - 1/10 (shattered glass in rug that cut our feet, blue toothpaste on bathroom wall and dirty toilet upon arrival, blankets were 2 twin size for queen bed, bad odor in room/carpets) • Breakfast bar - 7/10 (poor coffee options) Will not stay here again because of condition of room (which was an “upgraded” room).

Ideal location
Good location on market square. Booked over another hotel based on reading restaurant and bar but there was only breakfast restaurant available which was disappointing . Booked deluxe room and was very spacious and luckily was ready when we arrived early . Reception staff all polite and had good English. Would stay again especially for Christmas markets as perfect location.

Overpriced
Room was clean but bathroom toilet needed cleaning upon check in. Staff handled that efficiently. Location was excellent, but hotel way overpriced. I understand the Christmas market makes things pricier, but jacking up the price by a factor of 4 is excessive. Room was reasonably comfortable.

Perfect for visit to city centre and markets
Very nice hotel, right next to the Market Square. Could not be more convenient, really in the centre of things. Warm and clean with everything you need. Just make sure to contact the hotel in advance if you have any special requirements or if you have any extras on your booking. We received none of our supposed added extras and front desk staff were ambivalent.

Should be 4*
This hotel should definitely be 4* not 3. It has everything you could want including amazing views of the old town from the room windows, a location perfect for everything in the city and a very high quality/luxury feel. Reasonably priced too. Could not fault a single thing about it except perhaps them providing only shampoo and not conditioner!

A great hotel in the heart of Wrocław. Extremely clean, great rooms and friendly staff too…go for the breakfast option too, lots of choice. If I visit Wrocław again I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again.

Good location
Hotel is in an excellent location, 1st room (courtyard) was lovely big, but noisy from the ventilation so asked to be changed rooms. 2nd room offered smelt of dog and bathroom smelt like someone had been smoking in there. It was very marked curtains dirty and what looked like big dog paws marks on the wall. Asked to be changed again and the receptionist didn’t seem too happy and told me only level 2 was available. 3rd room was fine apart from a strong smell of drainage in the bathroom. Hotel looks lovely from the outside but disappointing when seeing the rooms. Receptionists could be a little more happier and make you feel more welcome. A human touch goes a long way. Would I stay here again or recommend to friends and family most likely not.

Mattresses a danger for slightly heavy people
The cleanliness was fine but the mattress on the bed was so soft that I couldn't sleep properly and had trouble walking properly the next day. I had to spend over an hour doing self-massage in order to sooth the pain and be able to function normally. I spent the next three nights sleeping on the floor because the carpet was far more comfortable and I felt fine the following mornings. Most of the Reception Desk staff were wonderful, exceptionally friendly and helpful but one receptionist really needs to be totally re-trained in Customer Relations. She was almost abusive and made serious mistakes in confusing me with another customer and maintaining she was right rather than checking my identity and the characteristics of my reservation and my room number. I sounded out the other receptionists who confirmed that this one girl tended to be inflexible and authoritarian. The street below was noisy at night but that didn't bother me at all. And the breakfasts were superb!!! I was delighted with these: they put me in an excellent mood for the whole day!

Okay, let's talk about this hotel. This was my 4th time in Wrocław and I always like to stay in a central location. I booked the Korona Hotel as it is located in the centre of Rynek. I had the most incredible room on floor 2. The room was huge, spacious, large bathroom, really comfy bed along with a large TV and the usual tea and coffee making facilities. What took me by surprise the most was the three HUGE windows which could be opened fully, perfect for the warm Polish summer air, overlooking the Rynek and Ratusz. Although quite noisy at night due to the location, once the windows were closed it made for a perfect night's sleep. Special mention to all of the hotel team who were all friendly and welcoming. This is a 3 star hotel and there was some reviews on here that reflect that, be your own judge, I typically got for 4/5 star hotels but I will now stay in this hotel everytime I visit Wrocław.
