New room - window wouldn’t close so you can count how many cars passed by. In the morning AC automatically changed to heater and I woke up due to hot room. Old and hard to operate thermostat. "It was disappointing all around I’ve stayed there a lot through the year and this time was not very good I won’t go back"

"great staff, great hotel."

"The hotel itself was nice the location was great for where I was working, staff were friendly and helpful, I would stay here again if working in area"

"Love the room except toliet is a little bit smelly for unknown reason."

"Very nice hotel. Beautiful gardens and great food. Nice staff too!! Highly recommended."

" I was staying with you last week and an object, an orange bag, disappeared from my room. I contacted the manager, and he didn't resolve it. As I had a flight, I needed to leave the hotel and they told me they would get in touch. What did not happen. How can we proceed with this? They were important objects and documents"
