"Great room Very comfortable and clean Staff extremely helpful "

"We stayed at Radisson as we had an early flight and it was much better value than the on-airport hotel. Restaurant was better too with really friendly service. Complimentary breakfast bars and fruit on reception for when you depart. You need to pre-book your minibus trip to the airport. To be collected from the airport to go to the hotel you have to find the special phone which is a little tricky."

"Switched rooms as couldnt get WiFi working at first and had to get some work done but was the hotel's decision and zero fuss. Great room and food, would have stayed longer under different circumstances. And the water options by reception are great!"

"Will def ping this place for future visit. Clean, modern, well kept and great staff who went out of their way to help us with off site parking even though they were not obligated to. Despite arriving at midnight, wee were courteously taken care of and sorted out. I’m really picky about hotels and this is keeper!!!! Great job. "

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the overall environment was quiet and relaxing. The amenities were well-maintained and added to the convenience of the stay. A great choice for a comfortable and peaceful visit."

"I think for the money that this is a cracking little hotel. The staff were extremely hard working and friendly. Check in was fast and efficient and everywhere was clean and tidy. The rooms are basic but modern and comfortable with everything you need. I couldn’t believe that breakfast was included for the price we paid, and it was plentiful and a good selection. We only stayed for one night for a performance at Utilita Arena. Although a little further out, we soon mastered the trams. The stop is right behind the hotel (St Paul’s is the stop for the hotel) and we could hop on and go into town and get off at Brindey Place which is on Broad Street. I use a mobility scooter and they are all set up for this, just get on in one of the carriages that has the disabled stickers on the door and the sills are kerb level so straight on and off. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when I next visit Birmingham. "
