The staff were very helpful and professional.

Room service would of been appreciated,breakfast buffet is excellent ,the bar has limited snacks.

Good location but small room, barely had space to walk by the foot of the bed. Breakfast was alright, nothing to write home about. It was very clean, however, staff could definitely benefit from some more training in customer service. Management did apologize for an incident with a little fruit basket and dessert delivered to the room so that was nice.

London Lodge Hotel is super convenient, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, which made it a great place to relax in the evening. Our room (two single beds) was cozy. The only minus I'll give is that there were no outlets by the beds for recharging phones, etc. They were across the room. We stayed 6 nights, and it got quite hot in London, but our room had an A/C (splitter) so we were quite comfy. The staff was attentive and helpful, and secured us a taxi back to Heathrow given that the Piccadilly line was out of service that day. The surrounding neighborhood is charming, and there were plenty of cafes and pubs to pop into for snacks or coffee.

Last minute booking and very pleased
