"It was amazing. The staff at the hotel, Ann and Caroline, were fantastic. They were very helpful, courteous in helping us after a long day on the train and getting us a free upgrade into a fantastic room. The room was very clean, warm and had an amazing view. The breakfast was very delicious as there was quite a bit to choose from. I am planning on staying at this hotel on my return journey back to Kunming. The staff were BEYOND amazing and worked hard to communicate and ensure your comfort. "The hotel address was wrong on Expedia and it took awhile for me to find the hotel from the airport (I had dropped off early and had a night flight and wanted a place to rest in the day).
