Our room on the 18th floor was clean and comfortable, felt like a budget chain hotel in the US. The only negative the carpet and furnishings which are worn and could stand to be replaced. Staff at the front desk were helpful."

"It was such a heart warning stay. Loved the host and family’s reception and kindness. The location is perfect, away from the noisy part of the town and yet, on the most beautiful back street, with creek and stone bridge right in the front. Will certainly come back next time in Lijiang."
