The spa experience was top notch and Jasmine, my therapist was so intuitive and had a wonderful touch. The Grand Halai is one of the best experiences I’ve had top to bottom. "The thermal spas are amazing. Although the outdoor one for us was closed for the two days for cleaning. Overall the hotel outside of the thermal spas is very dated and not the cleanest. we had some holes in linen and it was all a bit grimy. The staff were lovely and the food was great. "
